The company has been in the business of supporting the back-office operations since it’s inception in 2005. Few of use cases are given below to develop the understanding about company’s capabilities:

 - ValueManage helped an MNC bank to migrate their Guarantee’s portfolio from the legacy software to new software within record time. The bank has more than 50,000 guarantees since 1964. ValueManage appointed more than 45 trained resources and carried out the assignment in two shifts to complete the assignment in agreed time lines. On completion ValueManage did a “hand hold through” for the bank staff until the operations were streamlined.

 - ValueManage supports cash management function, outward clearing process, signature verification and related activities for inward clearing process for an MNC bank for more than 2 years. The assignment is carried out at client’s premises.

 - Inbound & Outbound Calling – ValueManage provided a team to a MNC bank in CSG (Customer Support Group) for inbound and outbound service related calling.

 - ValueManage provided a team to Insurance conglomerate for inbound calling activity namely “Repair Request Agents”.

 - ValueManage supported core banking implementation project from legacy system to T24 to a UAE based local bank.  ValueManage provided services in opening of retail and corporate accounts in T24, checking of transactions in T24 from bank statements to ensure the transaction has been posted correctly and has given the required effect in client’s account.

 - ValueManage provides scanning and maintenance service for mandate files to a corporate credit operations unit in a multinational bank in UAE. It involves arranging the mandate files according to the type of a document scan it and vault the documents under the supervision of the bank staff.

 - ValueManage did a project with a reputed large retail bank for digitization of standing orders. The volume was in excess of 25,000 standing orders. All documents were scanned and data captured within agreed time lines. ValueManage staff completed the project under the supervision of the management of the Bank.
